Accommodations

Roanoke Sheraton Hotel and Conference Center offers free shuttle service to and from the airport and free parking.  Room rate for the conference is 109.00 per night is available through May  31^st. However, there is an additional 9.99 per day charge for Wi-Fi/internet connection in your room. Wi-Fi access in the lobby and common areas is free.  Room reservations can be made through the link on the VRID homepage. Your reservation requires a credit card to reserve your room and will not be charged till the reservation date or check in.

                            Amtrak riders coming from Washington, D.C. have the option of taking Amtrak to                                        Lynchburg and then catching a shuttle bus to Roanoke. Directions by Car:

From the North or West: I-81 to exit 143 (5-81 South) then exit 3-W at stop light turn left and you will see the Sheraton Hotel and Conference Center entrance.

From the East: 64W to I-81 South to exit 143 (5-81 South) then exit 3-W at stop light turn left and you will see the Sheraton Hotel and Conference Center entrance.

From the South: 220 N to 5-81 N, then exit 3-W at stop light turn left and you will see the Sheraton Hotel and Conference Center entrance.
